Treatment includes:

• Stuttering modification techniques

• Fluency enhancing techniques

• Counseling to address overt symptoms of stuttering (using principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy)

Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)

Does your child use a "talker" or device? An Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Device is a tablet that provides verbal output for those who need expressive language support.

Treatment includes:

• Using AAC devices (LAMP, Proloquo2Go, TouchChat) to increase communication

• Parent coaching to successfully use the device

• AAC evaluation to obtain a device

• Literacy through Unity (teaching letters/words using the device)
